Minor work frustrations

The inability to correctly estimate time that will be spent on projects is one of the hazards of the freelancer. Usually, it is underestimation. But this week I have had a fair amount of both. Working on a multi part project for one client, I have come in far under estimate, and they (and I) are thrilled. And yet today, what I thought would be a three hour coding job for another client is STILL not finished. I got to the point where I was getting angry with it, and so I knew it was time to walk away and let it sit. After all, tomorrow is another day.
