Tepoztlán

Julio has a house in a place outside of Mexico City called Tepoztlán, and he invited me there for the weekend with he and Rocco. It was amazing (until I got food poisoning, see below) and although we only stayed for a day (again, see below) we did a ton of things. We wandered around the town, hiked up to the pyramid built by the early Aztecs, had incredible food including huitlacoche quesadillas, pozole and pulque, stayed overnight at Julio’s beautiful house that he designed himself, played cards and generally had a great time until this morning’s poison, at which point we came back to Mexico City. Pictures definitely tell a better story here, so click on the album below.
